@VellPaari : North Korea actions tantamount to an act of war

I refer to the recent statement issued by the Royal Malaysian Police Force which confirmed that *_VX Nerve Agent_* was used to assassinate Kim Jong-nam, the estranged elder brother of North Korea’s erratic leader, Kim Jong-un. Based on the chemical that was used, it has also been confirmed that *_VX Nerve Agent_* is classified as a *Chemical Weapon* under the Schedule 1, Chemical Weapons Convention Act Malaysia 2005 and Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) 1997.

This irresponsible *action by North Korea's government, and/or its agent working under orders from Pyongyang is tantamount to an act of war on Malaysia and its sovereignty*. Therefore, i would urge the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Datuk Seri Khalid Bin Abu Bakar and Attorney General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali to look into existing laws for us to *revoke the diplomatic immunity of Hyon Kwang-song, the second secretary at the North Korea embassy in Kuala Lumpur*. This is because the death of Kim Jong Nam is no more an accident but has been proven to be a deliberate criminal act conducted on our soil which resulted in a loss of life. This shows that *North Korea has utter disregard and respect to our existing laws*.

Secondly, i would like to request the *IGP and the AG to investigate the company where Ri Jong Chol had worked*. This is because the herbal company has confirmed that Ri Jong Chol had lived in Malaysia for more than three years without working at the company registered on his employment permit or receiving a salary. *The company definitely have contravened existing immigration and employment laws by abusing the existing work permit system* that is in place in this country. In fact the company shall also be *investigated for money laundering activities* i.e. is the company a front in receiving illegal money from North Korea to fund the country's intelligence unit in Malaysia.

Finally, i would appreciate if *Wisma Putra can lodge an official complain to the United Nation Security Council (UNSC)* on this irresponsible and heinous crime done by the North Korea regime on Malaysian soil. Action must be taken against North Korea so that this international incident will not happen again to any other countries around the world.
