NFCorp summons Nurul Izzah Anwar & PKR

Case management to be heard Monday

 

National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) and its chairman Datuk Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail (Plaintiffs) have filed a summons in the High Court of Kuala Lumpur against PKR vice president Nurul Izzah Anwar and Parti Keadlian Rakyat (Defendants). The summons is for defamatory remarks made at a news conference given by Nurul Izzah Anwar at the PKR headquarters on 7 March 2012.

 

Case Management will be heard on Monday 13 January 2014.
