A Reply to @rafiziramli and @tm_Insider #KLChronicle

Just finished reading the article above in The Malaysian Insider. What baffles me is that how come Rafizi Ramli (a Member of Parliament) can threaten the government in the manner above without action being taken? Are there no laws in this country to take action with tis kind of statement?

Anyway i don't really care if this fucks wants to do a rally, roll on the streets heck even get naked in Dataran Merdeka. Not my problem as i have much better things to do. However, i have a few questions for Rafizi Ramli based on the article written by TMI.

A rally will be held if influential and powerful individuals investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) are not charged after an amendment to the MACC Act, warned an opposition lawmaker.
Can Rafizi Ramli exposed who are this powerful individual (s) ? Note that he used a plural term in describing these individuals means there is more than 1 individual being investigated. On another note how come is Rafizi Ramli privy to the investigation done by MACC? Is it not supposed to be confidential?
The amendment is expected to take place in March.
PKR’s Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli said due to loopholes in the Act, MACC claimed its hands were tied in charging these individuals.
"Hundreds of thousands of people were on the street (during Bersih’s push for) electoral reform, but corruption is the Number One enemy of the country and many problems are rooted in corruption.
Can Rafizi Ramli tell us what are the corruptions being done? If it is NFC, cerita sudah basi la brader. Well is there others? None!!
"This is an early warning to the government and the MACC. If they do not handle (corruption) well, people will get sick of it and march on the streets.
"We start in a consultative way but by March, after the law is amended and (if) ministers are still not charged, I am sure a few us will be instigators (of a mammoth rally)," he was quoted as saying by online news portal Malaysiakini at an anti-graft forum last night.
This is a clear threat to the GOM, Rafizi is telling the government that he will instigate people to march on the streets and what is the government doing. Tidur izzit?
Organised by the National Oversight and Whistleblowers Institution, the forum also featured Bar Council secretary Richard Wee, Angkatan Belia Islam Malaysia president Amadi Manan and Transparency International-Malaysia president Akhbar Satar.
The amendment to the MACC Act is expected to be tabled to Parliament when it convenes in March.
Rafizi said the “consultative way” included having forums to get feedback to the drafting of an alternate amendment to the Act.
“Previously, we were checkmated as the (Bill) would be given a day before debates. This time we feel an amendment is coming in March. So, we are starting tonight to propose our amendment to be a comparison (during parliamentary debates)," he  said.
In calling for Malaysians to be serious in fighting graft, the PKR strategic director said the public had accepted corruption as part of life for too long.
“Malaysians must take corruption seriously as it is hitting our pockets, bleeding our country dry and destroying our civil service. It is time we take to the streets and do so peacefully.”
Rafizi, tell us la what corruption are you referring too, we the rakyat want to know what corruption???? whose is doing it? Is it ministers ?? Ada bukti tak atau cakap kosong saja?
He said existing laws were good enough if MACC has the will to act and if the government gives its full support to the commission.
He said while most MACC officials are doing their best, they are hampered by the anti-graft body leadership who are under “tremendous” pressure from the government.
“I invite the MACC to consider if they have been able to do their job. If they feel they cannot stand the pressure... I ask them to do the right thing and let someone else who is prepared to do these things to take over.”
Rafizi, any idea who shall lead MACC? Tunku Aziz boleh?
