1. Reply came like a clockwork, without missing a beat. A truly trivial criticism of Yang Amat Berhormat (YAB) Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Najib Tun Razak being called the ‘Father of Indian Development’ from the usual Indian crusaders within Pakatan Harapan, Charles Santiago and Professor P. Ramasamy.
2. Clearly daft of any clear plans of progress for the minority, the Opposition is still singing the same old tune when in fact MIC and BN have move forward to better provide for the Indian community in this country with concrete plans and detailed execution which have produced tangible results.
3. What has Opposition produced so far to counter the development plans and execution strategy of Barisan Nasional?
4. The best the opposition could do was to recruit Indian political castaways and rejects into their fold; with most of them having major baggage under their belts and not a single ounce of achievement in helping the Indian community throughout their political careers.
5. It is a shame that PH leaders think that by having these spin masters on the ground would tinker the minds of the Indian community in Malaysia.
6. Let’s make this very clear, YAB Prime Minister Najib Razak is by far the biggest contributor to the ethnic minority in the country. Due to this commitment and effort taken by YAB PM, Sabah, Sarawak and Indian votes keep coming back to Barisan Nasional as they know that only BN will and always be able to protect their interest.
8. As of now, over RM900 million worth of assistance has been provided to Tamil schools, MyDaftar program to resolve documentation issues affecting the Indian community, increasing Indian intake into public higher learning institutes, more than RM100 million to Indian places of worship, RM1.3 billion for micro financing schemes and the most ambitious of them all, implementation of the Malaysian Indian Blueprint (MIB) to once and for all to resolve the majority of Indian community related issues within the next 10 years.
Are these measures not serious enough for Ramasamy?
10. Perhaps we should list down what has Pakatan Harapan's Top Dog, Tun Dr. Mahathir has done in his long reign of 22 years as the Prime Minister for the Indian community.It has to be remembered that Professor Dr. P. Ramasamy himself in an article on FMT, Aug 10, 2016 admitted that:
_“In fact, it could be said that Mahathir’s era was the worst time for Indians in the country. It was during this period that Indians lost out to other communities. Mahathir, driven by a pathological desire to deny his Indian ancestry, ensured that the problems faced by the Indian community were not given any importance.”_
So why the sudden U-turn by Prof. Dr. P Ramasamy in becoming the cheerleader of Dr. Mahathir?
_a_:Who caused the reduction of Indians within the civil service?
_b_ :Who caused the systematic displacement of Indians from estates and into downtrodden long houses and shackles they were forced to live in?
_c_: Who initiated the unfair intake into universities?
By Ramasamy's logic, we are here at a low point in history of the Indian community because of Najib?
Please get your head out of your concocted reality.
12. We have all come to agree that the Government needs to revamp the policies of the yester-year dictator, which is exactly what is being done by YAB PM Najib’s Government currently. If you (Prof. Ramasamy) can’t see through your clouded political lens, then you are doing injustice to the needs of Indian community.
13. Week in week out, you have discharged your verbal attacks on the Prime Minister, regurgitating the same old arguments to make you look all mighty and wise. It might be more prudent to include some logic and a lot more sensibility in future comments as the readers are left bamboozled of such fictitious argument that does not do justice to the position you have been elected at the moment.
