United Kingdom (UK) court REJECTS Clare Rewcastle Brown allegations that Malaysia's judiciary, government, and Prime Minister are corrupted

1. I refer to a recent statement issued by Dr. Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, the political secretary to PAS President Dato Seri Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang (TGHA) who today updated the Malaysian public on the status of the civil suit that TGHA brought against Clare Rewcastle Brown (CRB) and the recently concluded Case Management hearing.

2. First of all, i would like to congratulate TGHA for the positive verdict given by the courts which accepted TGHA offer to deposit RM 80,000 as security in the event that TGHA was to lose the case against CRB and would have to pay her legal cost. This was against the ridiculous sum requested by CRB to tune of RM 5 million. Even the UK court thought that this request did not make sense and have no basis whatsoever. 

3. However, what is more shocking is the decision made by the UK court that they (the court) rejected CRB’s claims that the Malaysian judiciary, government and the Prime Minister as corrupted. This in itself proves that CRB is a liar and her main objective is to tarnish the image of this country, our political system and our leaders. Even the UK court did not believe her.

4. It is also important to note that CRB did not provide a shred of evidence to back up her claims against the Malaysian government, our judiciary and our Prime Minister in the UK court. This was also noted by the UK court when it concluded that these serious allegations made were not supported by any evidence from CRB whatsoever, despite having months to provide. This confirm my suspicions that all her publication and documents in Sarawak Report against the Malaysia government and Prime Minister was fake and fabricated.

5. Due to these fake documentations that she have, she could not submit these "fake evidences and documents" to the UK court as she will then be charged of lying to the court and would have been punished further. In fact, if she had issued all these "fake evidences and documents" to the court and the court came to know about this, CRB would then expose herself as a fraud. 

6. This latest development in the United Kingdom has major consequences in Malaysia. By not providing any evidence to the court in the UK, this also proves that all these so called evidences that is being referred to by the local opposition leader such as Dr. Mahathir, Tony Pua, Rafizi Ramli, Lim Guan Eng and gang in Sarawak Report is actually fake and fabricated. 

7. Therefore, in my honest opinion, it is time for the Malaysia government to start legal action against any opposition leader that uses Sarawak Report as a basis to slander and defame the government and its leaders. This is because Sarawak Report has been proven to be a fake news site where even its owner, CRB does not have the courage to share any evidence that she have against the Malaysian government in the UK court.
