Now @teresakok lodges Police Report Against NGO #KLChronicle

Controversial Seputeh Member of Parliament Teresa Kok and six others opposition leaders today lodged police reports over the slaughter of two chickens by a group of Islamic NGOs and their RM1,200 reward offer to anyone who dared to slap her.

Kok was accompanied by DAP leaders Bukit Bintang MP Fong Kui Lan, Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng, Subang Jaya assemblywoman Hannah Yeoh, and supporters when she lodged the report at the Tun H. S. Lee police station.

The Seputeh MP looked worried and sometimes emotional as she urged the police to take action against the group because it involved her safety.

"Their statements are a threat to my safety and it is also against the law.

"I hope the police will look into this swiftly as the police have always done a good job and I have full confidence in them," she said after lodging the report.
