Surat perintah yang dihantar menggunakan Letterhead Foong Hoe Advocate & Solicitors dipercayai tidak sah kerana individu (Ms Nila) yang menghantar surat peguam ini tidak dikenali dalam premis lawyer firm tersebut.
Berikut dari hasil selidik salah seorang pengguna di P1 Wimax Sucks
Identiti Ms Nila sangat meragukan, dan dipercayai sebenarnya adalah pekerja P1wimax, maksudnya P1 menggunakan taktik kotor untuk menipu pelanggan
Jadi, sapa2 yang menerima surat lawyer tersebut, jangan gabra.. apa yang perlu anda lakukan adalah attach ssurat tersebut dan emailkan kepada Bar Council diatas penyalahgunaan syarikat guaman, tiru ayat dibawah dan hantar kepada : complaints-intervention@malaysianbar.org.my

Re: Use of Foong Hoe advocates & solicitors letterhead by unauthorised persons.
We refer to the above matter. Enclosed please find a copy of a letter using the letterhead Foong Hoe and another letter from a ms Nila of P1 wimax.
I wish to lodge a complaint against the above firm for
1. Allowing an unauthorised person ie Ms Nila to sign on behalf of the firm.
2. Misrepresenting the public that this is a valid letter of demand from the firm.
3. Directing the public to liase directly with the clients.
4. Directing the public to may payments directly into the clients account instead of receiving payments on behalf of clients.
I suspect that the firm has allowed clients to use its letterhead.
I hope to draw the attention of the Bar that this is unethical.
Kindly investigate this matter.
