No Fire, only Brake Failure on LRT Train confirms @myrapidKL @azmiaziz60

There was no fire to begin with, unnecessary panic being created by Facebook user
There has been a lot of talk today saying trains operating on LRT Kelana Jaya line "caught fire". However, this was not the case. There was no fire on any of the trains on the LRT Kelana Jaya Line. What happen was that there were two separate incidents of break failure which caused a small plume of smoke.

Kudos to Prasarana Negara Berhad for taking quick action in ensuring the safety of passengers. In the two incidents today, not a single passenger was hurt. In fact, all passengers affected was evacuated very quickly as per PRASARANA emergency response procedure.

Continous update by the RapidKL team
Not only was its Emergency Response Team working efficiently to evacuate passengers, its media team was also quick in giving live update via twitter to LRT users to inform them on current situation and what progress are being made.

Appreciation by PM @NajibRazak on the great effort taken by Prasarana & its team
As Malaysians, we at #KLChronicle are very pleased with the manner Prasarana managed the whole incident today which was fast, efficient and effective. This clearly demonstrate that Prasarana has the ability and capability to be a leading world class rail operator not only in Malaysia but worldwide as well.

Keep up the good work!
