Tony Pua has always accused govt of lying about 1MDB.
Then he accused new 1MDB CEO Arul Kanda of trying to cheat and say the Cayman funds have all been redeemed.
Then Tony Pua, questioned the integrity of current auditor, one of the world's big 4 audit accounting firms, and accused Deloitte's of not doing their job: http://tinyurl.com/lteanky
And since Tony Pua cannot accept that 1MDB made USD488m on the Petrosaudi deal and got back all their money, today Tony Pua also slammed the past auditor KPMG, which is another of the Big 4 audit firms in the world.
"The action of 1MDB raises strong suspicions of hanky-panky because if 1MDB decided that the venture with Petrosaudi was not working out, why didn’t it just withdraw its US$1.2 billion investment in full?" said Tony.
Thus Tony said KPMG didn't raise this matter as suspicious and hence deserves to be slammed.
Dear Tony,
Who else you wanna accuse of trying to cheat you? You accused two out of the big 4 world audit firms already. You accused govt already. You accused Arul already. In fact, when your own credibility is seriously at doubt for your failed maths and logic, you lash out at everyone.
To you, it seems like everyone is wrong and you are the only one who is right.
That sounds suspiciously like serious psychological illness though.
As for your specific case, let me explain slowly to you again.
1MDB put in USD1billion into the JV with Petrosaudi. Later, 1MDB decided to exist from the JV and hence converted their initial investment into a USD1,2 billion islamic loan notes with a corporate guarantee by the parent company PetroSaudi International.
Exiting a JV is not like withdrawing money from a bank and you can't simply "just withdraw its US$1.2 billion investment in full."
Later, 1MDB sold all their loan notes to a third party and made USD488mil profit on top of the original USD200mil profits it made when exiting the JV - making it USD688m.
These amounts have already been confirmed (without qualifying or emphasis of matter" by Deloitte in the Audit reports of March 2013 and March 2014.
Why can't Tony Pua accept that 1MDB did not lose money but actually made money?
Why must you accuse two out of the big 4 accounting firms of trying to cheat you?

Tony Pua has been assigned by his political master to garner and fabricate lies to the max.Exploiting the weak points of the main target i.e. 1MDB communication bereu and its public relations impotency.The plan is to galvanised target groups and audience into believing the fabricated lies which will provide political mileage to the best that he can.However,when factuals ground has been established he cornered the public into his self created non issue pertain to the credibility of professional auditors and other professional bodies that has completed their assignment and make their reports publicly.The amount of embarrassment is enormous that Tony Pua is acting like an ostrich,hidding its head in a wormhole.A disgusting novice polician that lacks substances technically and fundamentally.Tony Pua does not contribute to the society he belongs and worsestill making full of himself.A political moron he is and not worth a penny by large.Pathetic.
