Malaysia's Taxi Service #Malaysia #PublicTransport #1Malaysia

Taxi waiting for passengers at KLIA
Thousands of taxi ply their trades in Malaysia. If you touch down at KLIA the second person you would see will be the taxi driver (first would be immigration). A lot has been said of the attitude of Malaysian taxi drivers from them being rude,  rowdy and what not. Some are true and some are just outright lies.

Airport Taxi counters
Now, once you arrive at KLIA, do not engage any of the taxi touts that roams the arrival halls of the airport.  Go directly to the taxi counters and purchase a taxi coupon to your destination.

Now, if you think that during your trip in the taxi that the taxi driver is not being honest or suspicious,  you can complain directly to the Public Land Transport Commission (SPAD) via  the following method:

1. Text massage "Type the complaint" and sent to 15888
2. Twitter at @AduanSPAD
3. Email at aduan@spad.gov.my

I hope with the brief information above your stay in Kuala Lumpur & Malaysia will be a more pleasant one. Thank you.
