Now @rafiziramli Blames Proton, Perodua, Nissan & Mazda, Challenged to Produce Evidence #KLChronicle

Pandan Member of Parliament Mohd Rafizi Ramli was today asked to produce evidence on his claim that employees of motor vehicle companies are paid less now following the move by the companies concerned to reduce the price of their vehicles.

International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said the information was necessary because the ministry had not received any report on the matter.
"We have not received any report that after Proton,Perodua,Nissan or Mazda reduce the price of their cars, there has been a cut in the salary of their workers.
"If the Pandan member of parliament has the information, give it to me. I want to know the company which reduced the salary of its employee," he said when winding up the debate on a motion of thanks on the speech by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in the Dewan Rakyat today.
Rafizi, in his debate, also claimed that the move by the government in reducing car price in stages also resulted in the increase in the price of other car models. - Bernama, July 9, 2013.
