This is so disgusting. If it is true i hope the authorities take appropriate action (if any). Always picking on the Malay's that they (Malay's) are racist but never before i have seen an advertisement that promotes "Malay Only" jobs. I hope the Malay's & Indian's clearly evaluate this kind of bigotry attitude.

Maybe you can include the venue date and time taken this picture.
Why?
Venue - maybe it is located in a majority Chinese where the employee needed to be well-conversed in Mandarin or like Anonymous above stated, selling of non-Halal product?
Time and date - to clarify things rather than just post a unknown picture and as authority to take action.
