@VellPaari slams @dapmalaysia for being traitors to the country

*_KARMA HAS BESIEGED DAP AND FACING A POSSIBILITY OF DE REGISTRATION_*

The saying that *_"What Goes Around Comes Around"_* has come true for DAP.

1. One can recall how the DAP party, under the leadership of Lim Kit Siang had relentless attacked and demanded the resignation of MCA’s former Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Ng Yen Yen for holding a Permanent Resident (PR) status of Australia.

2. Even after Law Minister during that period Datuk Seri Rais had said that it was not an offence and it was also not criminal. Still words of disloyal and not moral were labelled against Datuk Seri Dr. Ng Yen Yen by the DAP. DAP had used her Australian PR as an election pointer in the 12th General Election to attack her and MCA and wanting her and MCA to apologise to Malaysia.

3. Today Karma has come back to bite and bite really hard on DAP. This is with respect to scandal involving Pujut state assemblyman Ting Tiong Choon who was disqualified by the Sarawak state legislative assembly for having held an Australian citizenship. Now, when it was proven that one of their State Assemblyman was an Australian Citizen, DAP leaders seem to be in a state of amnesia. Not even a single leader from DAP has proposed for Ting Tiong Choon to apologise like how demanded from Datuk Seri Ng Yen Yen and MCA

4. When it was about MCA, all this DAP leaders were asking and demanding for an apology and resignation but now suddenly when it is on DAP’s plate, everybody is keeping an elegant silence on it. What is more disgusting is that DAP is trying to justify to their supporters and the rakyat that it is okay for an Australian Citizen to be a state assemblyman in Sarawak! This shows that DAP is the mother of all hypocrite and a party that practices double standards to the bone.

5. While the former Law Minister Datuk Seri Rais said that being an Australian PR was not an offence and it was also not criminal. But I want to remind DAP that holding dual citizenship in Malaysia is an offence and is also criminal. I am sure Law Minister Datuk Seri Azalina can give an opinion on that.

6. In essence the DAP has defrauded, cheated and lied to the rakyat by fielding an Australian Citizen as a candidate in the last Sarawak state elections. For the day Ting Tiong Choon became an Australian Citizen he ceased to be a Malaysian Citizen. In fact, he is borderless now having also given up his Australian Citizenship. I request Immigration Department to take note of his current status.

7. I am sure that the top party leadership in DAP had known of Ting Tiong Choon’s Australian Citizenship but continued to put him as a party candidate in Pujut with the hope that nobody would find out the truth about him. This clearly shows that DAP has no respect to our laws, and constitution.

8. The irony is that in GE – 13 DAP had alleged the BN of bringing in 40,000 Bangladeshi to vote in the election but it is actually DAP who had fielded foreigners as illegal candidates in elections.

9. This act of treason by DAP might have been going on for decades i.e. fielding in illegal candidates and foreigners but only now they have been caught.

10. Hence I would like to urge the Government, especially the Home Minister to look into this case very seriously :-

a.   I call open to Home Ministry, ROS and all other relevant agencies to investigate DAP. Especially all their leaders, Member of Parliament, Senators, State assemblymen and former candidates to ensure that they are all Malaysian citizens and not some other foreign country citizens like Ting Tiong Choon.  I will not be surprised that there are many more in DAP whom have dual citizenship which are clearly against the law of this country. Anyway it seems that DAP now does not care about our laws when they made the decision to field an Australian in Sarawak.

b.   I also call on the Home Ministry and ROS to be strict and investigate DAP, as for fielding a foreigner in the general elections could warrant DAP to be de-registered. If UMNO could have been de-registered due to party election irregularities what is so special about DAP that they are untouchables?

11. If this case is not dealt with in the harshest manner it will create a precedent for other parties to try to circumvent our laws and constitution by fielding in foreigners in the next election. DAP is not above the law and action must be taken against them. The government must prove to the rakyat that there is no special treatment for DAP.

12. Finally, I just hope that DAP will not field in any more foreigners in the next general election. Please have some respect to the rakyat, our laws, the constitution and finally to the King.

*Thank You*
