*Datuk Huan Cheng Guan : Tony Pua Must Answer On The Conflict Of Interest Between Lim Guan Eng & Phang Li Khoon.*
*1. DAP's Tony Pua today issued a statement questioning the finance ministry for having appointed 1MDB CEO Arul Kanda to the board of Bandar Malaysia and TRX City. The Petaling Jaya Utara MP also said the report of a “conflict of interest” pertaining to Arul as published in a portal yesterday, must also be addressed by the 1MDB CEO as well as the finance ministry. It must be noted that no official statement has been issued by MOF on the removal of Arul to the board of Bandar Malaysia and TRX city.*

*2. However, what is most interesting about Tony Pua is his hypocrisy when it comes to the conflict of interest involving his bosses in DAP especially Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng. The first conflict of interest is the father and son monopoly in DAP where nothing gets done in DAP without the agreement of both Kit Siang and Guan Eng.In fact there are talks that DAP cheated in their previous party elections to ensure that both father and son won the election and kept in power*

*3. Secondly, with respect to Conflict of Interest, why did Tony Pua kept his mouth shut when his boss in DAP, Lim Guan Eng was exposed to have abused his power by buying a bungalow without swimming pool way below market price for only RM2.8 million on Jalan Pinhorn when the market price is close to RM 5 million. What made it worse is that he bought it from Phang Li Khoon who had business dealing with his wife and the Penang state government. This is a clear conflict of interest on the part of the Chief Minister.*

*4. Thirdly, why have now Tony Pua also kept his mouth shut on the so called PKFZ scandal involving Dr. Ling Liong Sik. Previously Tony Pua and his mentor Lim Kit Siang was most vocal in attacking PKFZ and MCA but now since Ling Liong Sik is with the opposition, suddenly this attacks have subside. Again it proves that Tony Pua is a hypocrite.*

*5. Finally, i would like to ask Tony Pua why did he go missing when some videos and pictures of Zairil Khir Johari and Dyana Sofya emerged in social media. I would like to tell Tony Pua to advise his good friend to make a police report on the video and pictures so that the police can investigate and ensure the authencity of the pictures. Why is Zairil and Dyana so afraid ?*
