Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad has again quit Umno over his opposition to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
He announced this in Putrajaya today, saying the leading Malay ruling party was no longer what it used to be.
"The focus is how to keep Najib as prime minister.
"Umno no longer is performing the task it set for itself way back in 1946," he said.
This is the second time the former prime minister has quit Umno, the first time was in May 2008, over his disagreement Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badaiw's leadership as prime minister. – February 29, 2016.

Quit again,nothing special.Fear of backlashes and exodus?Not tangible at all.What's left to a 9 series old man.The lost wisdom of a wise(used to be)guy.Could this man survive till pass 100?You guess.My answer,there's not much time left for him.The herd that he's heading will be left like kids@young sheep without elders.Weeping,wailing when the time comes to his end.This herd will be slaughtered and skewed and barbecued or left stray like maggots,no destiny no vision and finally will organically decompose.What's left for this old man is to seek pardon and forgiveness from Allah and to those he had victimised during his tenure.Allah is great with still allowing this man to breathe and walk amongs us but yet still chosen to allow the called SE syndrome clustering and clouding whatever left,mindfully.Tun SE@Super Ego will see his downfall and blemished his good deeds and goes down into history as the Fallen Guy from Kubang Pasu Pasu.
