When Tun M was asked "if you get rid of Najib, who are you going to replace him with? And what makes you think he would be any better? "
Tun M's answer was quite disturbing
“He said, ‘well, you know, the person who succeeds him will be guided by a council of elders’,”
And the fact that Muhyiddin was also in that meeting and did not object probably means he agrees to this unelected "council of elders" to this plan should Muhyiddin becomes PM.
It's a shame that Muhyiddin would agree to something as undemocratic like this and choose to be a willing puppet - especially since we all whacked Wan Azizah so hard for being a willing remote-control puppet of Anwar when she tried to become MB of Selangor.
Who would bet that Tun M won't be part of this "council of elders" and if any other members of this council of elders disagree with Tun, who would bet that this dissenting elder won't be removed.
Fun Fact: Iran's government also has a council of elders. They call them the Guardian Council.
