Part 2 : Reasons why UMNO & Barisan Nasional Social Media is in a mess @mpkotabelud @sallehsaid

Some of the jokes going on about Ibdil's assets

Ibdillah Ishak, the UMNO Youth Exco member was given a simple task of taking over from Tun Faisal Bin Ismail. All the blueprints were there, the team was already set up, clear demarcation of scope and responsibility available he (Ibdil) just had to lead the team of pro UMNO and Barisan Nasional social media practitioners. Oh well, he fucked up big time.

Not only did he failed to lead the previous group to greater heights in fact he totally destroyed the whole eco system that was developed by the previous team and Tun Faisal. Now, due to all the damage that he has done to the party we have the UMNO Presiden literally begging for support in social media where once upon a time ago he had a whole team of players supporting him.

Not only that, even Barisan Nasional Strategic Director Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan has now lamented and expressed his utter dissapointment with the weakness of UMNO & Barisan Nasional failures in social media. I fully agree with both the Prime Minister and Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan. The person i blame for the situation that UMNO and Barisan Nasional is in now is Ibdillah Ishak and to a certain extend the UMNO Youth Chief Khairy Jamaluddin.

Khairy Jamaluddin was the person who appointed Ibdillah Ishak to the position that he is in now. It was a total failure on KJ's part where he was not able to evaluate the suitability of Ibdillah Ishak in helming the social media bureau. Due to KJ's failure and of course the incompetency of Ibdillah Ishak UMNO and Barisan Nasional has a monumental task in regaining its ground in social media.

In the next part, i.e. Part - 3 i would explain on what UMNO & Barisan Nasional would need to regain its foothold in the social media sphere.
