13TH GE: FIGHTING FOR SEATS MEANS PR IS LOSING IT

Are they capable of capturing Putrajaya?

The meeting point between DAP, PKR and Pas who then made the PR (was not registered) was only based on the factor that BN was their enemy, not because they want to take care of the rakyat or even developing the nation.

The internal fight that goes in Pakatan Rakyat nowadays include the fight for DUN and Parliamentary seats between Kedah DAP and Pas is only one of the hundreds of proofs that show PR would be dead by the coming 13th GE.

According to Kedah DAP Chairman, Lee Guan Aik who is also Kota Darul Aman ADUN, if Pas fails in giving more seats in the next GE, a fight between three corners would occur.

The threatening statement does not only trigger rage among Pas supporters, it also questions the position of DAP in PR that is seen that they are trying to dominate the pact.

Seems that Pas's supporters just realized how arrogant DAP is in keeping their interest instead of the interest for all.

In BN, the same issue would still be there, but solutions would be discussed together as BN is the party that came from the Perikatan party that was established through good intentions to help the people and to reach Independence for the nation.

How fit can PR be in leading a country when they could not even settle internal issues and when they threat one another? Everyone is for their own ideas and they would not take no for an answer, the country might be devastated if PR rules.

The fact that they are not registered is enough to cause doubts among people on PR, and the issue of seats of course. So, it is not hard for us to expect that it is possible that PR might lose in the coming GE.

DONG ZONG AND ITS RACIST DEMANDS

We have been fair since the 50s, that's why the three (3) different streams of school
Yesterday there was a demonstration in Kajang attended by approximately 7,000 people, whom majority are Chinese to show their displeasure and anger against the government for what they call "failing to solve the problems of Chinese school and educations which has fastered for over 40 years". Their main dissatisfaction of Dong Zong are:

1. Lack of teachers in Chinese primary school.
2. Government placing Non - Chinese speaking teachers as a stop gap measure.

Dong Zong members at the event
Further to that, the demonstration by Dong Zong yesterday also passed four (4) resolution which were for the Education ministry to:

1. Immediately transfer out all teachers who do not have the required SPM Chinese language qualification from Chinese primary school.

2, Conduct special courses for Chinese language teachers who have taught Bahasa Malaysia or English for at least three (3) years so that they are qualified to teach all three (3) languages.

3. Reform the teachers training syllabus so that more qualified chinese-speaking teachers can be trained to fulfill needs of chinese school.

4. Review the Education Act to ensure that vernacular schools are accorded equal status and safeguarded as an integral part of national education system .

These are all the demands by Dong Zong which i managed to summarize. it is also in today's from page Thesun newspaper. Let's go through one by one of the demands/resolution by Dong Zong and let me show you have racist this association is.

Point Number 1:

Lack of teachers in Chinese primary school.

What does it mean: It is actually not lack of teachers, its the lack of CHINESE teachers in primary schools. OK you tell me, how many Chinese in this country wants to become teachers? the pay is very little and the work is a lot. They are more interested to do business or what not. So who is to blame here? the government? just because the Chinese does not want to become teachers, you cannot force them to. Its a free country for god sake. By the way are there any Chinese teachers out there who is without work?

Point Number 2:

Government placing Non - Chinese speaking teachers as a stop gap measure

What does it mean: What the hell, first you complain lack of teachers, when the government listen to your problems and provide Malay and Indian teachers as a stop gap measure to ensure teaching can be continued, you complain. What do you want the government to do? there is just not enough Chinese teachers in the country. So do we import this teachers from China?

Now lets have a look at Dong Zong's referendum that was passed yesterday:

Referendum No 1:

Immediately transfer out all teachers who do not have the required SPM Chinese language qualification from Chinese primary school.

What does it mean: The "Teachers" they are mentioning here is all the Malay and Indian teachers who had sacrifice their careers and obey orders by the Education ministry to go to these Chinese school and teach. Now you want them remove, does this solve the problem? No right, once this teachers are removed you will still face shortage of teachers!

 Referendum No 2:

Conduct special courses for Chinese language teachers who have taught Bahasa Malaysia or English for at least three (3) years so that they are qualified to teach all three (3) languages.

What does it mean: Why is there a need to conduct special courses for this teachers? They are already Chinese language teachers. Are their Bahasa Malaysia and English so bad that they need additional special courses? If Yes, why have they been allowed to teach Bahasa Malaysia and English in the first place? Can Dong Zong answer this?

Referendum No 3:

Reform the teachers training syllabus so that more qualified chinese-speaking teachers can be trained to fulfill needs of chinese school.

What does it mean: What reform is Dong Zong talking about? reform so that more teachers can pass the training syllabus? Why is Dong Zong allowing the standards of Education to be reduced just to meet their requirements?

Referendum No 4:

Review the Education Act to ensure that vernacular schools are accorded equal status and safeguarded as an integral part of national education system .

What does it mean:
Vernacular schools are already an integral part of the Education System. Malaysia is the only country in the world that allows three (3) different streams of school for all its major ethnics population. There is no other country. So what review of the Education Act? can Dong Zong explain?

Summary:

I am actually grateful that there is such an association as racist as Dong Zong in this country. Previously everybody was bashing PERKASA, and calling them all sorts of names. Naming Ibrahim Ali as Adolf Hitler and what not. Now because of Dong Zong i think people would be much wiser. I actually did not want to write anything about Dong Zong but looking at their racist demands and attitude, i thought something needs to be done.

Wee Ka Siong punched by a member of the rally
If you have any comments, please share with me. Oh and again, come on punching a deputy Minister at your own event?  Dong Zong should be ashamed of itself.

Please share this article and refer it back to this blog. Thank You.

THE MALAYSIAN INSIDER CAUGHT LYING - AGAIN

I would like to congratulate Datuk Seri Jamaluddin Jarjis for having the balls and guts in responding to a malicious and Inaccurate article in the Malaysian Insider recently. The article had stated various sources from the government providing information on the topic of the coming General Election, which was all lies and utter rubbish. The letter below is from Datuk Seri Jamaluddin Jarjis requesting Malaysian Insider to remove the article and provide an apology to him.

Responded to The Malaysian Insider lies in less than 12 hours

Editor
The Malaysian Insider
I refer to the article titled Five issues holding up likely June polls, say sources, written by your good self and published on the Malaysian Insider portal on 23 March, 2012.
In that article, you reported that, “Barisan Nasional (BN) strategists have listed five issues that need to be solved to garner greater support for the ruling coalition in a general election that several government officials say could be held as early as June.”
You further wrote:
“It is learnt that Datuk Seri Jamaluddin Jarjis, who is the BN manifesto committee chairman, briefed editors and correspondents in the New Straits Times Press group of papers on Tuesday over the issues.”
You then proceeded to quote an unnamed source as saying, “JJ gave a briefing and listed the issues but he was coy about the date”.
This “briefing” was then confirmed by yet another unnamed source who also “said Jamaluddin had also mentioned June as the earliest date for a general election.”
I wish to state categorically here that I had never conducted such a briefing for NST editors. As a matter of fact, I was never present at any such briefing.
I wish to also state categorically that I was never “coy” about a possible election date and that I have also never stated that June would be the earliest date for a general election. This is absolute fabrication on your part.
A further fabrication was your addressing me as Chairman of the BN Manifesto Committee – a position that I do not hold and have never been appointed to.
Based on the absolute absence of any truth in your report as far as my so-called briefing to NST editors is concerned, I can only conclude that your unnamed sources have lied to you or are absolutely unreliable or simply do not exist or have simply attempted to deflect from their identity.
In either case, it is also obvious that you have failed in your journalistic duty of trying to verify the truth of your information, choosing instead to run your story despite the absence of any sort of concrete evidence to prove your allegations.
In the process, you have dragged my name into your web of lies and have caused me undue inconvenience in having to defend the truth.
I am therefore demanding that you remove the posting with immediate effect and also run an apology for your article of untruths. I also reserve the right to institute further action against you and your newspaper.
Lastly, I find it most unfortunate that a newspaper which claims to offer “an unvarnished take on events and personalities in Malaysia” and one that claims to have among their readers “Malaysians who crave for balanced and serious reporting on issues”, can take such a lax attitude towards the authenticity of its information and the credibility of its sources.

PAKATAN AKAN KEKAL KUASA TANPA UNDI KAUM INDIA - JOHARI ABDUL

Around the blogs : Beruang Biru

Pakatan mampu kekalkan kuasa walaupun tanpa sokongan masyarakat India - Joe Bedul

Cakap memang banyak tapi satu apa tak dibuat. Tak kira lagi perbalahan dalam kerana masing-masing mabuk nak menjadi Menteri Besar.

Dulu bolehlah, masa jadi pembangkang, semua pun digebang besar-besaran. Itu boleh ini boleh. Tapi bila dah jadi kerajaan baru tahu susahnya nak menguruskan kerajaan.

Joe Bedul - P Ramlee wannabe?

RAFIZI RAMLI VS NURUL IZZAH THE PROXY WAR - Part 2

Two of Nurul Izzah's staff caught impersonating EC officers
On the 20th March 2012, Two (2) youth were caught impersonating Election Commission (EC) staff at PPR Kampung Limau, Lembah Pantai. This was possible when the local community and residence of the PPR became suspicious with the behavior of both these youth and their appearance. One (1) youth had long hair and another was just wearing a pink tshirt and jeans with fake EC tags, a far shot from the well mannered and groomed civil service.

The two (2) PKR youth that were caught

Once being caught by the residence and handed over to the local police officers, the two (2) youth admitted to be employed by Lembah Pantai Member of Parliament, Nurul Izzah to impersonate as EC officers and go from house to house and do survery on PKR chances in the General Election (GE). If my readers are now claiming that this is all a conspiracy by UMNO Federal Territories (FT), please mind your language and read the facts presented here. Nurul Izzah so called political secretary Fahmi Fadzil himself admitted that these two (2) youth are from PKR. Look at the screenshot that was taken from his twitter account:

Fahmi Fadzil acknowledging the two (2) youth are from PKR

This irresponsible action taken by Nurul Izzah, the Vice-President of PKR and so called future Prime Minister is a disgrace and blatant disregard to the laws of this country. How can a so called leader, employ two (2) innocent youth to impersonate as government offices, knowing well that if they were caught definitely they would be investigated and put behind bars for a foreseeable future. Nurul Izzah talks about youth as the driver for future growth, but she himself is exploiting these youths for her own political benefits. Would she be responsible and meet the parents of this youth and apologize for her irresponsible behavior?

What intimidation when your people are impersonating EC offices which is against the law!
Furthermore, I am also disappointed as this action by Nurul Izzah shows that she lacks integrity and is willing to do anything, just like her father Anwar Ibrahim to continue be in power. Of all the crap that is coming out from PKR, Nurul Izzah had looked like a true, Y-Generation leader that was in touch with the youth of this country and destined for a good future in politics. However, I have changed my mind.

On the bright side, this attempt by Nurul Izzah shows that UMNO FT in general, and Lembah Pantai in particular is doing all the right thing and pressing the right buttons. With the implementation of various programs I believe we have captured the hearts and minds of the people of Lembah Pantai. With more work and consistency, we would managed to capture Lembah Pantai from Nurul Izzah. She has lost all credibility with this issue.

I have written earlier of the proxy war between Rafizi Ramli vs Nurul Izzah here, and don’t’ you think that someone is playing such a good game in bringing Nurul Izzah down from PKR and National politics at the same time.?

To contest in Lembah Pantai?
My analysis on how things are going on in Lembah Pantai and with the emerging strength of UMNO LP, Nurul Izzah would not contest in LP and she might move over to Bandar Tun Razak (BTR). BTR would be vacated by Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, as I am sure he wants to continue being Menteri Besar (MB) of Selangor (if he can get rid of Azmin Ali).  Well, who will then contest Lembah Pantai, Rafizi Ramli?

THE ABDUL KADIR SHEIKH FADZIR SAGA

I would like to congratulate Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir for resigning from UMNO yesterday. This in itself has cleared UMNO of its parasites and i believe with this, we can be more focused on our task ahead, which is to win in the next General Election. The beauty with UMNO is that it has always allowed dissent in the party, starting from Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah and his Semangat 46 colleagues.
Quit UMNO by himself, was not sacked like Zulkifli Noordin
However, due to its openness to criticism, members find it difficult to be sacked from the party, and thus creating a "national crisis" out of it. The only high profile UMNO leader that was sacked in the past 10 years or so was Anwar Ibrahim, and that was not because of dissent, it was because of abuse of power and immoral activities. Most of this personalities who quit UMNO would then join another party or even form one, like what Tengku Razaleigh did in the 1980s, and Anwar Ibrahim in the 1990s.

Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir in my opinion, has nothing to lose from quitting UMNO and vice-versa. Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir who was in UMNO for 56 years, has been appointed various positions in the party and government, even being appointed as a Tourism Minister at the height of his political career. He was also the MP for Kulim-Bandar Baru since 1978 and was an MP for 30 years.

Compared this to PKR, who had sacked Kulim-Bandar Baru MP Datuk Zulkifli Noordin on 6th of March 2011 because of dissent and not towing party line. Anwar Ibrahim talk about freedom of speech, democracy what not, but his own party can't tolerate dissent and even sacked its own MP. Fully aware that by sacking your own party MP would weaken Pakatan Rakyt (PR) in parliament.

Was sacked from PKR because of dissent
This in my opinion prove that UMNO is open to criticism and whenever possible, improve its weakness whereas PKR does not accept criticism, where Anwar Ibrahim is always right, and others has to follow his instruction. The big question now is this, what's next for Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir. Would he join PKR and contest in Kulim - Bandar Baru since he was the MP there for 30 years?

I believe he will, and he might run against his very own brother, Datuk Abdul Aziz Syeikh Fadzir for the seat. Most interesting indeed. By the way, let's not discount of a three (3) cornered fight between Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir, Datuk Zulkifli Noordin and Datuk Abdul Aziz Syeikh Fadzir. Well suddenly the 13th General Election has become much more interesting.

ANWAR IBRAHIM LATEST SEX VIDEO

I have been looking around the blogs today and what surprised me was that news is going around of a second (2nd) sex video of Malaysia Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim would be exposed soon.

How many more videos of Anwar Ibrahim is out there?
What I am concern is that how many more sex video's of Anwar Ibrahim is available to various party in the country and across the world? It is important to note that if Anwar Ibrahim is the next prime minister of Malaysia, this videos can be used to blackmail Malaysia and the consequence would be that our progress and national security would be at the hands of irresponsible companies or even countries.

Firstly, I know Anwar Ibrahim has been going around the country, even to Europe and the States claiming that he was framed by UMNO and the government of Malaysia regarding his FIRST sex video. Well if he was framed, why hasn't Anwar Ibrahim sued Datuk Trio (Eskay, Thamby Chik and Shuib) for publicly humiliating him?

If he is saying that the courts are not independent, well wasn't he acquitted of sodomizing Saiful Bukhari Azlan by the very courts he is critizing?

Secondly, Husam Musa had previously challenged Datuk T to take a polygraph test to ensure that they were not lying that Anwar Ibrahim was the man in the FIRST sex video. Well Datuk T took the challenge on 1 condition. That Anwar Ibrahim is also to take a polygraph test. Both would take the test live in front of the Malaysian public. Why has Anwar Ibrahim not accepted this challenge? It is just a simple polygraph test.

Thirdly, Datuk T has sweared on the Quran stating that the man in the video is Anwar Ibrahim. If they are lying, they are ready to be punished by Allah swt. Please bear in mind that the swearing was done to tell Malaysians that Datuk T is not lying, if they are, harm will come their way. Therefore, can't Anwar Ibrahim just swear and say that it was not him and if he is lying, he is willing to be punished by Allah swt? Apparently not.

My intention is not to humiliate Anwar Ibrahim. However this are questions that needs to be answered. I am sure the rakyat only wants the truth. In order to get the truth, uncertainties like this needs to be addressed. I hope Anwar Ibrahim will address this uncertainties.

THE LAUNCH OF FEDERAL TERRITORIES UMNO ELECTION MACHINERY FOR GE-13-BRING IT ON!

Alhamdulillah, Federal Territories UMNO have successfully launched its machinery for the coming 13th General Election.
Demi Agama, Bangsa dan Tanah Air
18 March 2012:  Federal Territories UMNO has launched its machinery for the coming 13th GE. The launching was done by Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Haji Muhyiddin bin Mohd Yassin at Stadium Titiwangsa.

View from the top, 5,000 people in the hall and thousands more outside
The lauch was done in front of a strong 6,000 crowd comprising 13 UMNO division under the Federal Territories banner. The event was also attended by all 13 UMNO division heads and Youth leaders. This in itself shows that the Federal Territories UMNO is fully behind our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Haji Muhyiddin bin Mohd Yassin.

Full house, UMNO Wilayah is ready for the  next GE!
In launching the machinery, delegates were reminded of their roles and responsibility during election period. They have also been reminded to behave, be well mannered and polite in assisting the voters during the voting period.

In addition to the above, delegates are also required to avoid any confrontation with opposition supporters and if provoke do not fight back, just move away and let the police control the situation. In short, the msg by the top UMNO leadership is clear that the machinery is representing the image of UMNO, and we must honor that.

Thousands of people attended the launching today, 18th March 2012
Conclusion from the event today, I can summarize that the Federal Territories UMNO under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Haji Muhyiddin bin Mohd Yassin and Federal Territory Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik is well prepared to face the coming General Election (GE). With teamwork and in depth analysis of voter trend and behaviour, there is a big chance of UMNO and Barisan Nasional regaining 'Wilayah Persekutuan' from the opposition. What is required now is to maintain this consistency and momentum up tilll the next GE.

I would also like to extend my gratitude and thanks to all Unit Media Baru (UMB) Wilayah Persekutuan team members, under the leadership of Razlan Rafii, Seputeh UMNO Youth leader for covering this event. Your assistance is highly appreciated.

ANWAR IBRAHIM IS A HYPOCRITE

Raja Petra Kamarudin has been removed from participating in a forum on global political scenario following a request made by Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim.

Why can't your critics be given a chance?
Reading the article in Free Malaysia Today. I could not but laugh at Anwar Ibrahim for being such a childish opposition leader. After being humiliated by Khairy Jamaluddin , the UMNO Youth Chief in Parliament three (3) days ago, the opposition leader looks like he has not been his usual self.

RPK was removed from the forum on Anwar Ibrahim's instruction
The forum which is scheduled to take place in England has now been confirmed to only include Anwar Ibrahim and Julian Assange. It is also baffling to note that Wikilieaks models itself as a source of independent news media, and freedom of speech and expression is one of its core beliefs.  My question is, why is Anwar Ibrahim, a person who DOES NOT BELIEVE IN FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION is allowed to be part of this forum?

It is an insult to Wikileaks and Assange to invite Anwar Ibrahim. The best part of this news is, Malaysian Insider and Malaysiakini seems to be keeping quiet. Why is that so? Lim Guan Eng has imitated many times that his party believe in freedom of information, freedom of this and that, could it pressure Anwar Ibrahim to invite RPK? I don;t think so. The myth that the opposition pact is run together as part of a consensus is also a blatant lie. It is run, and solely run by the whims and fancy of Anwar Ibrahim.

A few questions should be raised with regards to the attitude of our opposition leader. They are:

UMNO Youth Chief, KJ
1. Why is Anwar so afraid to share the same forum with RPK?
2. Anwar wants to debate the PM, but he can't even handle RPK and KJ?
3. Does Anwar really believe in free speech, if so why is he silencing his critics?
4. Anwar talks about free speech, why can't the people against him be given that freedom?
5. He lectures around the world about freedom of expression and what not, why can't he practice it at home?

I can't wait for the comments from PR cyber troopers regarding this article. Anway, Anwar has not provided any comments regarding this issue. Typical of the opposition leader, when anything goes against him, just bugger off somewhere or keep quiet and blame UMNO for everything.

Berkhidmat utk rakyat, dan kepada ALLAH swt kami berserah.

PKR WHY THE ELEGANT SILENCE?

Underperforming and controversial Batu MP Tian Chua has kept an elegant silence for the past 24 hours. This is most shocking coming from an outspoken MP.

Money Money Money
The allegation by RPK that prominent and influential personalities in PKR wanted kickbacks to award a project to the tune of USD 10 Million is a serious allegation and the rakyat should know the truth.

Why has there been no statement from the MB office?
It has to be noted that after the allegation by Rafizi Ramli regarding the engagement of our Prime Minister, the Prime Minister Office (PMO) came out with a statement denying all allegations in less than 2 hours. So what is taking Khalid Ibrahim, William. Leong and Tian Chua to deny this allegation? It has been almost 24 hours!

However just a mere denial by this three (3) stooges is not enough. They have to also explain why Azam and Azan Sdn Bhd (AASB) project could not proceed after 2008? Is it because the company is incompetent or because they did not agree to feed PKR fat cats ?

In light of the following allegations. I am sure PKR might start taking legal action against RPK or any blogger for that matter for defamation. Well, just hopefully the award for legal cases by the Selangor government does not goes to crony companies and lawyers as previously. Open up the opportunities to other law firms to receive jobs la PKR.

Well Anwar Ibrahim, since you are the Economic Advisor of Selangor what's your comment? I could not ask you on twitter since i've been blocked you.

Berkhidmat utk rakyat, dan kepada ALLAH swt kami berserah.

THE USD $10 MILLION CORRUPTION AND ABUSE OF POWER BY PKR

Ustaz Tian Chua the mastermind?
This matter involves a privatisation project between the Selangor state government (Selangor) and a company called Azam dan Azan Sdn Bhd (AASB). The facts of the case are as follows:
AASB entered into an agreement with Selangor to relocate the old Selayang market plus a workshop and a multipurpose office owned by Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS). The Agreement between Selangor and AASB was signed on 29th April 1997 with Supplementary Agreements signed on 18th August 1998, 23rd August 1999 and 7th March 2001.
This project is to be implemented in three phases. The first phase comprises of a block of shops, apartments and a modern market with a 30-year concession for the developer (AASB). The second phase has been earmarked for a 10-storey apartment block, while the third phase is a development of 23 units of shop-lots adjacent to the said land. The total land area is 9.8 acres.
The first phase was completed in 2009 with a condition that the road and the widening of the drainage system will be done in the second phase. This area is flood-prone but the drainage system can only be widened in the second phase of development, as the work will involve the relocation of the hawkers to the new site. Hence the removal of the hawkers from that location to the completed first phase is crucial to be able to proceed with the next phase of the development.
As per the Agreement, the Unit Perancang Ekonomi Negeri (UPEN), with the coordination of MPS, would relocate the hawkers currently occupying the land to the newly constructed market so that the second phase of development can proceed. Once that is done, AASB has three months to pay the premium for the second and third phases of the development. In fact, AASB attempted to pay the premium even before the eviction of the illegal hawkers but it was rejected by the state.
The hawkers refused to move based on the argument that the rental is expensive. The rental AASB is charging is RM200 to RM360 per month depending on the floor area. In fact, this matter had already been agreed by the Hawkers’ Association during their negotiation with MPS and UPEN.
Various alternative options were then proposed to solve the impasse. However, Selangor rejected all of them. The construction cost for the market was RM18 million. Based on a 30-year concession, AASB can recoup around RM9 million at the most. This loss was supposed to have been absorbed in the next phases of development.
Since 2009, nothing much has happened and it remained a deadlock. AASB’s lawyers made numerous attempts to resolve this matter with the state but with little success. It appeared like the state was trying to avoid solving the issue.
William Leong, PKR Treasurer and money man
Finally, AASB had no choice but to try to seek a ‘political solution’ to their problems. Through one of the PKR Sarawak leaders, Baru Bian, AASB was introduced to the PKR Treasurer and Member of Parliament for Selayang, William Leong. After a few meetings, it was suggested that the matter be brought to the attention of the Menteri Besar, Khalid Ibrahim.
Baru Bian then introduced AASB to Tian Chua, the Member of Parliament for Batu, who is said to have the ears of the Menteri Besar. Tian Chua then took over the handling of this matter from William Leong.
AASB was told that the matter can be resolved if they agreed to donate USD10 million to PKR as ‘election funds’. AASB was also asked to submit a ‘statement of claim’ for RM70 million for the construction cost of the market in the first phase, which the state will approve. The RM70 million will also include 'compensation' to AASB for the loss it will incur for forgoing the second and third phases.
AASB was asked to not pursue the matter of the second and third phases of development any longer but to be contented with the RM70 million ‘compensation’ they will receive -- less, of course, the USD10 million ‘donation’ -- because the land is going to be given to a PKR leader to take over.
Hence, accept the RM70 million ‘compensation’, pay the USD10 million ‘donation’, forgo phases two and three so that the PKR leader can take over, or else receive nothing and make a loss.
Once AASB receives the RM70 million from the state, they are to pay the USD10 million donation as stipulated. AASB's response was: go to hell! They are prepared to sit it out and wait until after the next general election when Pakatan Rakyat will be kicked out of Selangor and the state falls back to Umno.
