Assalamualikum,
Referring to the newly released video "Innocence of Muslim" which has caused the death of the American Ambassador to Libya, Mr Chris Stevens and two (2) United States (US) soldiers, We, the Seputeh UMNO youth movement strongly urged www.youtube.com to halt any distribution of this said video on its domain.
It has to be noted that the strength of the Muslim country, through OIC, is immense and this shall be used to instruct and pressure www.youtube.com to remove the above mentioned video. In addition, the Muslim countries around the world shall block the "Innocence of Muslim" from entering its domestic servers.
We would also like to urge the Malaysian Government and local authorities to take proactive action and be the first country in the world to block this heinous video from being broadcast in this country.
A stern warning and strong action needs to be taken to ensure that there would not be any party/persons who would take this opportunity to distribute the "Innocence of Muslim" or any other videos insulting the Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h and Islam in this country.
